The whole team at Lake Pine Oral Surgery was so helpful in taking care of my dental issue, from getting me in to see Dr. Waack promptly as I was in pain, following up with me with any questions, calling back just to check to see how I was doing and answering any questions I might have. I have been so impressed and so very thankful for everyone at the office and their consideration and care!

Dr. Waack and his team were amazing! My daughter had four wisdom teeth plus a molar extracted recently. What was a super stressful situation for her going in was an excellent experience coming out. The team was kind, patient, and Dr. Waack explained everything to her. Healing is going really well, and the molar was not anticipated to be an easy one, so we were relieved that Dr. Waack's expertise nailed it! She followed ALL directions and has healed up nicely. Thanks, Dr. Waack and team :)

Went here to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I had a bad experience at a previous place. The people here are extremely nice, and the process was very easy. They also charged me half the cost with anesthesia. I am someone with really high dental anxiety, and they know how to accommodate for that 100 percent Iβm still recovering in bed but I feel so much better not dealing to deal with pericoronitis anymore. This was definitely life changing, and I highly recommend them. EDIT: Unfortunately I got dry socket, however they were extremely gentle with the cleaning and helped with the side that needed it immediately. Still would highly recommend Iβm editing this again: they had reached out to see if I needed a new dressing. I asked for Friday, but the pain got so bad that I called back right away. The front desk lady was very kind and booked me to get it changed. They are really amazing with answering questions, and working well with my anxiety. They make sure your recovery is followed through no matter what.

Everyone we worked with was fantastic! We had a full understanding of what the surgery was going to entail, communication was timely, and staff was so nice. The after care nurse was so sweet- took plenty of time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were set up for a good recovery. Would recommend to anyone needed oral surgery!

Lake Pine Oral Surgery did an amazing job with my son today. All of them were so kind and nice to my anxious kid. From the 1st appointment to the day of surgery, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They talked to my son and did step by step to help calm him. After surgery, they really do care about their patientβs. They took time making sure my son was okay and even followed up with us hours later making sure he was ok. Highly recommend!!!
